Exp: 3-8 years; Delegating and monitoring BAU and ad hoc project activity

• Managing data accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reporting, giving the ability to monitor internal
• Regular monitoring of SLA and activity being delivered to agreed time scales
• First escalation point for customer queries
• Act as "HR for HR" point of contact; first line support to HR leadership team on more complex cases
• Providing experience and guidance to HR Coordinators, wider HR and the business on the wide range of HR Operations activities
