Company Profile: Currently we have a suitable vacancy as HR Business Partner (HRBP) with our clients who are a large, leading, rapidly expanding, professionally managed BFSI organisation having multi-locational operations - leaders in their product category.

The position is based in Mumbai, leads a team and reports to the CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

(Annual CTC offered would be Rs.20 lakhs to 30 lakhs).

Purpose of the Job:

Independently ensure at National level Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. Manage all HR-Ops & lead Recruitments. Will lead a small team.

Candidate Profile:

MBAs (premier / good institutes) with 5-12 years relevant experience in highly reputed service organisations (consulting, insurance, retail, ecommerce, banking, telecom, financial services organisations). Must be working as HRBP and also handling Recruitment & HR-Ops.
