Key responsibilities
Description
Induction & Onboarding. -Conducting Induction session for new joinees to help them know more about the organisation and business
Reports and MIS. -Collecting all the relevant documents while onboarding the new joinees.
- New joining induction kit
-Documentation and sending the joinee details to H.O., follow up regarding Bank Account & email id
-Sharing monthly manpower and payroll input reports.
-Exit discussion and analysis
Training & Development -TNI and L&D Calendar roll out for employees
-Coordinating and planning the training programs
-Feedback capturing and effectiveness analysis
Employee Engagement -Employee engagement calendar roll out every month for both staff and factory team
-Organising and conducting employee engagement activities -Organising Town Hall every month to ensure that employees are
aware of key business updates
-Capturing feedback on all the employee engagement activities and Programmes conducted and ensuring closures of action items. -Coordinating and conducting HR Connect and leadership connect discussions
-Grievance resolution and closure
-Identifying gaps in employee connect and working towards closures for the same
-Planning and Organising team outing and other events, by coordinating with the administration Dept.
-Organizing monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations
-Conducting R&R programs for your location
Chatter / Internal
Communication -Making sure all the active employees are part of Chatter Facebook group
-Updating the Chatter page with the latest updates
-Identifying interesting ways of using communication as a tool to engage with employees. Eg - sharing relevant quotes, encouraging employees to share good reads, etc
Statutory and Compliance -Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance related documentation is in place and timely renewed.
-Supporting business in areas of compliance through Liaoning with appropriate authorities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Recruitment -Supporting business in end-to-end recruitment for business and sales function
