 1. Should be very strong in recruitment in large volume.

2. To recruit and manage work force of about 1000 employees

3. Should be good in man management, welfare etc

4. Should create systems and ensure the smooth management.

5. Should be familiar and conversant with statutory compliances.

6. Tamil - Must

    Hindi - Preferred
