Required skills :

- Practical and working knowledge of Labour laws

- Should have handled Statutory compliance in previous organisation 

- Should be energetic and solution oriented

- Should ensure Statutory compliance through co-ordination with Branches and HR team

- Analysis of trends in compliance and devise corresponding action plan

Salary : As per candidate experience and company standard
