Technical Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for post graduates from reputed institutions with 6-8 years of experience of managing end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals

Primary job responsibilities would include-

 Understand and analyze recruitment needs of the respective business and developing hiring strategy in collaboration with them

Understand and formalize suitable job descriptions for the requirements and identifying suitable cost-saving channels/sources for identifying talent

Manage stakeholders expectations, deliver within timelines and handle mass/volume hiring requests

Source and screen candidates through behavioral and competency based evaluation methods and techniques and maintain pipeline for technical evaluation and hiring

Coordinate the entire evaluation process for each candidate through meetings, skype interactions, video conferences

Discuss and close all offer discussions with selected candidates

Complete pre-boarding and on-boarding process including conducting reference checks, managing relocation and any other joining commitments

Experience with technical recruiting.

Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Should have excellent recruitment drive management skillls.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.

Skills in database management and record keeping.

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.

Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Gather and analyze information skillfully.

Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions

Should be ready to work as FTS for a year atleast.
