Urgent opportunity for the position of Sr Specialist - Compensation & Benefit with CGI Bangalore 

Compensation Benchmark (TW & AoN Hewitt):

+ Participate & share relevant company data for market benchmark study.

+ Map AoN Hewitt Job Framework to TW Job Framework.

+ Hybrid (AoN + TW) benchmark compensation for all identified Job codes.

+ Explore inputs from TW & AoN Hewitt in 'Market Pay' to enhance the quality of benchmark data.

Corporate Salary Review Tool:

+ Involve in the development of Salary Review Tool. Active participation in calls, provide expertise to build the tool. 

+ Test Salary Review Tool functionality when given access.

+ Corporate Salary Review Tool functionality to be complemented (if needed) with inputs from spreadsheet based Merit Increment Tool for optimization of budget.

+ Involve Anthony's' team for obtaining their expertize for implementation of Corporate Tool.

+ Quartile: Compensation quartile range to be revised for better utilization of budget, better merit allocation.

+ Align merit increment with APAC timelines; lead the entire activity, strict follow-ups with stakeholders and adherence to timelines.
