Manage process of all new employee contracts for both contractual and regular positions for the site

Interact with clients and ensure full compliance and utilisation of resources

Promote, implement and assist in the coordination of Sodexo existing and proposed reward and benefit programs and organise welfare programs

Coordinate with the operation team effectively

Thorough knowledge of labour laws
