Role: Recruitment & Client Management

Location: Embassy Signet Building, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore

Job description:

Role : 

Experience in Handling end to end IT and Non IT recruitments

Experience in Techno- Functional requirements

Experience in sourcing profiles through portals, referencing, social media channels, etc.

This is an Individual Contributors role

Should have excellent communications skills

Go-getter attitude, aggressive

Will be responsible for bringing the a/c to certain revenue generation as per the said target given

Extensive co-ordination and relation building with the client business team to increase the incoming mandates

Timely and effective reporting

Achieving the target of offers per week & month and also the revenue target

Requirement :

* 4 + yrs of extensive IT & Non IT recruitment for Digital Marketing Organization.

* Experience in Digital Marketing background is a must

* Good people management strength

* Preferably Exp in front ending major Spoc /seniors in Tier I organization
