Min 1 -3 year experience in core recruiting of Non IT requirements

Hands on experience in job portals,networking site etc

Good understanding of civil requirements

Good in MS-Excel

Screen candidates resume and job applications

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Candidate with strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates for civil requirements.

Good communication skills(English,Hindi and any south Indian language preferred)
