Overview :

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives.

Job Responsibilities: 

Oversee the implementation of the Companys Human Resource policies,programmes, guidelines and practices.

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Ensure that the leave policy guidelines are followed by the staff and to keep a proper record of all leaves taken.

Update and maintain the work structure for job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Create and maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; nurture a positive working environment

Identify and address staff training/improvement needs, staff retention, and disciplinary procedures and staff welfare.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Create and maintain workflows for recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews;recommending changes.

Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree and above in Human Resources.

Well versed and familiar with the Labour Laws in India, particularly the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act and Rules.

More than 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role

Fluency in English.

Work experience in Animation Industry.

Working experience in a company with more than 100 employees.

Experience conducting walk-ins in other cities.

Able to communicate clearly, possess positive and proactive attitude and professional analytical ability.

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
