Job Description

Responsible for identifying talent and recruitment for the state

Ensuring that all state recruitments are as per the recruitment matrix defined:

Responsible for all HR activities like employee engagement, implementation of PMS, rewards and recognition systems in the State

Talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles in the state in coordination with the corporate talent management team

- On boarding and induction to all new joiners in the State

- Responsible for maintenance of MIS

- Responsible for statutory compliance related to HR

- Responsible for Audit Score
