Job Description – Human Resources Manager

Artha Energy Resources (AER) is a boutique investment bank with a focus on the Indian Renewable energy sector. We provide data backed consulting to investors, project buyers and EPC’s on greenfield and brownfield projects, across geographies and project scales.

Artha India Ventures (AIV) invests in the seed and angel round of startups with investment commitment up to Series A. AIV typically scouts for disruptive tech enabled startups and has a sector agnostic investment philosophy. We also provide 360? mentoring and business expertise to these startups.

Artha Group of Companies has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager and is inviting applications from qualified candidates. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management: Execute performance management process, monitor and drive adherence to business goals to ensue employee goal setting

2. Management Information System: Facilitate creation of dashboards, flags off areas of attention and publish the reports to senior management to ensure timely and useful reporting to business

3. Recruitment: Manage recruitment at operational and managerial level. Ensure smooth on-boarding and exit of employees

4. HR Operations: Plan, execute and monitor HR activities starting from offer management, on-boarding, pre-joining coordination, background verification, document collection, bank account opening to exit management as per defined guidelines

5. Time & Attendance management

6. Compensation & Payroll management

7. Appraisal Management: Monitor and drive adherence to ensue appraisal process education and appraisal closure

8. One on One’s: Conduct team member feedback process for the entire organization, analyze the outcome and create a report. 

9. Employee Engagement: Facilitate town-halls, get-togethers, birthdays and regular fun at work activities. 

10. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records. Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Human Resources role where you have managed all HR functions

2. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills

3. Superior project management and time management skills

4. Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in the HR Tech space

5. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
