Job description and Role

ü  Self Starter

ü  Decision making skills

ü  Candidate should have solid exposure/experience towards Employee Engagement

ü  Strong employee relations and employee engagement background.

ü  Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

ü  Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees- level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards

ü  Thorough knowledge of industrial laws & labour laws & other elated laws

ü  Sound administrative knowledge & skills

ü  Good sense of housekeeping

ü  Working knowledge of pay roll, gratuity, bonus etc.

ü  Knowledge of government procedures, filing of returns, renewal of various licenses as applicable

ü  Liaising with advocates for legal cases

ü  Minimum 5 years of experience in industry

ü  Highly disciplined & demanding

ü  Energetic & ready to move around to be on the top of the things

ü  MBA in HR & Knowledge of Labor Law.

Salary : 7 Lakhs PA
