Location- Bangalore 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Statutory compliance. Interacting with local labor consultants. On roll and site employees.

Recruitment and Induction.

Employee relations, Identifying / Organizing and evaluating training needs.

Salary & Payroll Functions.

Exit & Attrition Management.

Industrial Relation.

Implementation of :--Annual Performance Appraisals, Increment policy,Compliance of HR policies

Identifying problem areas and suggesting solutions. 

Managing and updating employee records.

Reporting to the Directors.

Must been working in any of the top B Class developers. 

Candidate should be creative, proactive and self-driven professional with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Candidate should be competent in managing entire HR functions Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, HR budgeting, Employee Retention Planning, Performance Management & Grievance handling, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, Statutory Compliance, Contractor Compliance, Employee Safety, Health & Welfare activities, Policy framing & Implementing & all kinds of legal activities.

Candidate should be a good communicator, motivator & relationship manager with an ability to analyze, understand and resolve issues analytically.

Must have good presentation skills, working knowledge of MS Office
