Position: Head - Quality (Manager or Senior Manager Designation)

Qualification: DME or BE

Experience: 15 years in Tier 1 Automotive industry 

Industry: Automotive Tier 1

Location: Chennai

CTC : 12 Lakhs

JD:

1. Experience in  Handling South based OEM Customers like Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, Daimler, TVS etc

2. Should be thorough in OEM's supplier evaluation systems

3. Good Technical and Analytical skills

4. Plastic injection moulding, blow moulding & painting experience must.

5. Should be conversant with QMS / IMTA/ TS 16949 and EMS. Exposure as MR would be added advantage.

6. Should be conversant with TS Core tools like FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, ISIR etc.

7. Exposure to Six Sigma / Problem Solving Tools preferred.

8. Experience in Process audit & Product Audit & counter measure.

9. Good communication skills and presentation skills.
