 20 - 27 yrs  Chennai 

 A very large and reputed organization is looking for a Head-HR with strong  IR skill sets in a multi-location and multi-plant environment in a unionised environment. Should be proficient in at least one of the south Indian languages. In addition, should have been exposed to the entire gamut of operational HR and Corporate HR activities. 

The candidate should be in the mid to late 40s, with a stable career path and a good track record with reputed mid to large sized Companies, preferably in the engineering industry with a strong IR background. Should be comfortable settling in Chennai with family. Should be proficient in at least one South Indian language and also Hindi. Current CTC of candidates should be in the Rs 50-65 lakh CTC range.

Education-

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
