Hiring for Required Head HR and Admin
10 - 15 Years Chennai
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Put systems and processes in place
2. Design the organisation structure
3. Reviews of various depts.
4. Defining the KPIs and KRAs
5. Training and development of the workforce
6. More focused on the strategic part of HR
7. Once HR related systems are set, the role will include admin and legal also. Legal will be 20% as in collating various legal related issues from various depts and taking it up with the lawyer.
8. Admin work will be coordinating with various depts. Like Safety, Security, housekeeping etc.
