We are looking for a HEAD - CSR for a well established Engineering client in Chennai. 

The desired candidate should/should be 

1. An MSW / Masters in Sociology from a premium educational institution. 

2. Having 17 - 21  years of work experience in CSR activities. 

3.Have handled CSR activities in Engineering / Manufacturing companies (not mandatory). 

4. Have handled CSR for companies with 50/60 Cr turnover.  

5. Having excellent communication skills. 

6. Having good experience in handling big team size. 

7. Must be multilingual in south Indian languages. 

Key Deliverables: 

1. Assisting the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies. 

2. Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies. 

3. Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing and share the company’s commitment to social responsibility. 

4. Working on company branding strategies with the Marketing department.

5. Attracting new talent. The package will  be the best in the industry.
