Executive / Senior Executive - HR

1 - 4 Years Vayalur

- Labour planning and Sourcing. Ensure required labours are met as per production standard / needs.

- Productivity monitoring 

- Maintaining good relationship with general public and handling grievances if any

- Liaising with government departments like IF, EPF, ESI, PCB, Fire, Boiler, Local Panchayat.

- Record maintenance as per act

- Periodic renewal of all applicable license

- Identification of skill gap and planning, organizing training accordingly

- Handling Employee Joining, Induction & Exit formalities

- Employee disciplinary proceedings & Employees Welfare Activities

- Factory Administration work. 

- Security, Canteen, Gate movement & Transport monitoring

- To prepare and monitor MIS report

- Labour attendance maintenance and wages disbursement

- Handling HRMS and MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile

- Post Graduate in HR with minimum one year experience in Plant HR activities

- Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage

- Excellent people handling skill required

- Should possess good Ms office operating skills

- Place of posting is at Vayalur, Udumalpet
