     ·         Achieve and exceed growth oriented revenue goals and objectives

·          Lead and manage the full sales cycle for HR Business Process Outsourced services, for the region

·         Participate in formulation and execution of  sales and marketing strategies for the region

·         Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents

·         Lead the RFI/P/Q processes for the region

·         Communicate & interact  with internal teams in creating solutions and contract closure

·          Sales forecasting and managing pipeline in sync with the organisation’s expectations

·         Use and implement Sales Training and Development tools and processes

·         Initiate, maintain and grow  strong ties with CXOs of prospective companies and clients

·         Proactively identify and communicate market trends, issues and information on market expectations and competition

 

 

Skill Set

 

·         6 to 8 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development

·         Experience in Business to Business Selling, preferably from the HRO / Recruitment / IT / Telecom / Banking & Financial Services  sector

·         Well connected with CXOs

·         Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration preferred

·         Strong Negotiation management skills

·         An effective persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management and presentation skills

·         Inclination to understand technology based solutions

·         Must have strong analytical capability and sound knowledge of MS Office

·         Strong orientation in understanding business environment, client’s needs and organisation’s strategic growth

·         Enthusiastic and excellent people skills with strong integrity and ethics
