Job Description

Assistant Manager HR

Location: Nagarcoil

Year of experience: 3 to 8 Years

HR function to employee relations, engagement and employee life cycle management, (Induction to exit)

Understand and appreciate the business priorities and prerogatives that influence key decision making for HR 

Ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission.

Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.

Work with the team to manage absenteeism, disciplinary processes, grievances and adherence and compliance of HR policies

Provide sound judgement in employee relation matters; create employee engagement processes, measure employee satisfaction through internal surveys and identify and work towards areas of improvement.
