ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: 

Belstar Investment and Finance Private Limited (BIFPL) was incorporated in January 1988 at Bangalore and being a Non- Banking Finance Company, the Company was registered with the RBI in March 2001. The Company has been reclassified as "NBFC-MFI" by RBI effective 11th December 2013. BIFPL was acquired by the Hand in Hand group in September 2008 to provide scalable microfinance services to entrepreneurs nurtured by the Hand in Hand India (HIH) Self Help Group (SHG) program. It aims to provide financial assistance to more than 0.3 million borrowers within the next 5 years and intends to use its synergy with the activities of the Hand in Hand group to create 5 million jobs by end of 2020. In the first five years of its operations post acquisition by HIH, BIFPL primarily relied on taking over the existing groups formed by Hand in Hand India (HIH). BIFPL now follows both the SHG as well as the JLG model of lending.

ABOUT THE JOB: 

The Assistant / Deputy Manager HR will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, performance monitoring and confirmation process of the Human Resource Function. The position is a generalist profile handling whole gamut of Human Resources at a middle level.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition;

Onboarding and Joining Formalities;

Performance Monitoring and Probation Review;

Employee Relations, engagement;

Performance Management.

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in business, human resource management, social sciences or equivalent;

At least 5-7 years of overall experience in HR with exposure to Micro-Finance Industry.

A demonstrated ability of implementing human resource policies and processes (including recruitment and selection policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, pay and conditions matrix, contracts, and performance appraisal and quality management monitoring);

Outstanding people skills, Communication, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team;

Candidate must be multilingual with ability to speak and write Hindi, Desirably Kannada.
