# Capable to handle both Staff & Worker in Plant. 

# Experience in Managing a *Single Plant / Multiple Plant* indepently. 

# Experience in HR Functions like *Policy Making, ER, EE, PMS, T&D, Business Partnering*.  

# Exposure in *IR Function like Contract Labour Management*
