• Handling Secretarial work and efficiently maintaining the records.
• Filing of various E-forms including Annual Filing  with the Registrar of Companies.
• Charge Reports & Maintaining Statutory Registers.
• Prepare Directors Report along with the annexures, Corporate Governance Report under Companies Act 2013 
• Preparation and Reply to the notices issued by the Register of Companies
